Heart of Thorns
People search it as an item. The write-up that is specific treats it as a path.

Evidence and scope
I moved this off the items list on purpose. I could not find a Heart of Thorns item row. I could find a path that ends at an Eternal Rose.
What is written down
Have the Mantle of the Songkeeper, which has its own badge.
Know Bloomcall, the flowering melody.
Play it at the thorn door past Fenna's waterfall.
Follow the platforms to the Eternal Rose. Exact jump counts are not official.
FAQ
Does the Mantle badge prove this route?
No. It confirms the Mantle objective only. The waterfall entrance, active-Mantle requirement, Bloomcall, and Eternal Rose route come from the linked secondary walkthrough.
