Two SCROOMS Fandom wikis
The word official in one wiki's subdomain is the site's own name, not a developer badge. Its homepage says it is a collaborative community.

Evidence and scope
I opened scroomsofficial.fandom.com and read the homepage line about a collaborative community. I used its INDEX and INSTRUMENTS tables as A-tier notes, and I used scrooms.fandom.com only where it did not fight the badges API. When they disagreed, I kept the badge text.
What each wiki is good for
The checked scroomsofficial INDEX and INSTRUMENTS pages supply frequency rows and regional instrument entries. scrooms.fandom.com supplies characters, quest summaries, and melody transcripts, with explicit uncertainty notices on some articles.
The word official is part of a community domain name, not proof of developer ownership. Source quality must be assessed article by article: the Floral Flute article is empty, the Violin article contains fishing-template language, and the community Faebud page contradicts its own rarity label.
This site cites both with the check date. It is a separate guide, not a mirror.
FAQ
Which wiki should I trust for a number?
Prefer a Roblox badge or the games API. Then the frequency tables. Then a single community transcript.
